Yes. The Customs Readiness Checklist gives you an immediate score, while the personal Pre-Arrival Customs Risk Review provides a concise written risk summary from PCA.
What is not included in the personal review?
Document corrections, tax calculations, Customs submissions and guaranteed clearance outcomes are not included. It is a risk review, not a clearance service.
How are my documents handled?
Documents sent for the personal review are handled confidentially, are never displayed publicly and can be deleted on request.
Does a high checklist score guarantee clearance?
No. The checklist score is general guidance and cannot account for every classification, valuation, permit or Customs issue.
